We are looking to recruit a motivated Recruitment and Compliance Coordinator to service our clients with a temporary workforce facility. You will be involved in the recruitment of a multidiscipline agency worker staff augmentation for various private sector and Local Authority clients ensuring compliance documentation of new and existing workers is up to date and in line with current legislation. The successful candidate will be involved in all aspects of the business communicating directly with clients and candidates as well as managing an existing temporary workforce maintaining the Company ethos of providing a quality service by a team of trustworthy, well trained and reliable workers. Duties will include but not limited to: • Support others answering the phone, resolving or direct calls in a professional manner • Take charge of the “On call” out of office hours phone (Week days and Weekends Shared with other staff) • Recruit and manage a temporary workforce to support our client’s Care homes at short notice by filling shifts as and when required • Record all communications on Bespoke data bases • Post jobs on various job boards, circulate opportunities via bulk email and SMS text messages • Undertake face to face interviews with candidates as assess their suitability • Circulate CV’s and arrange interviews • Record and file all documentation and correspondence on bespoke recruitment systems • Organise and maintain compliance documentation • Chase up outstanding compliance documentation • Generate contractual timekeeping and payroll contract documentation • Support Engineering and Technical department in busy periods What you will need: • You must be motivated with a willingness to learn and take on responsibility • Previous experience within recruitment or telesales is preferred • Act on your own initiative in filling vacancies and in recruiting candidates • Be professional, efficient and organised • Have a good eye for detail and accuracy • Have a hunger to fill vacancies • Have the ability to thrive under pressure and prioritize your workload • Good people management skills • Possess strong communication skills via telephone, email and face to face, with colleagues, clients and candidates alike • Must be computer literate and show the ability to understand new software quickly Hours of work are: Monday to Thursday 8.30 to 4.30. Friday 4.00pm 39.5 Hrs per week (Paid lunch break) 28 days holiday pay per year
